Reformer Essentials
The foundations of your practise, slow intentional movements where we guide you through the pilates principles. Expect a more restorative approach to movement, developing body awareness.
Suitable for all levels, but perfect if you’re new to reformer or working with injuries.
Reformer Flow
A dynamic flow offering thoughtful layers and progressions for those who want it.
Challenging but with options for you to stay where you feel most comfortable.
Open to all levels, but we recommend trying our Essentials class first if you’re brand new to pilates.
Reformer Elevate
Designed to challenge your strength, stability, and control.
Expect dynamic sequences with more advanced progressions that will push your endurance and deepen your practice.
Our intermediate level class, not suitable for beginners or those with injuries.

Absolutely. Our classes are designed to support all levels, including complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you through the movements and offer modifications throughout class. We recommend starting with Essentials.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class starts, especially if it’s your first visit, so we can get you settled and familiar with the reformer.
Wear comfortable activewear you can move freely in. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes for hygiene and safety reasons (you can buy them in the studio or bring some with you).

There is free parking available in our car park or on the street outside the building.

Our Essentials classes can be a great option for those returning to movement or managing injuries. However, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before attending and letting your instructor know before class.

Please contact us before booking if you are pregnant so we can guide you toward the most suitable classes for your stage of pregnancy.

Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the start time to avoid losing the session credit.
